The Government of Jamaica through the Ministry of Education and Youth invites companies registered with the National Contracts Commission to pre-qualify and bid for the printing and delivery of textbooks to Primary and All-Age schools islandwide, under the Primary Textbook Programme 2007.

In order to pre-qualify, companies will be assessed on the availability of equipment, relevant previous experience, experience in carrying out similar work, available manpower and their technical capability.

Companies must also be in possession of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate in order to pre-qualify and bid.
