Information and communication technology has profoundly affected every major industry and area of human activity including government, security, health, banking, transportation, entertainment, manufacturing, commerce, aviation and economics. However, the greatest potential for development lies in education, which spawns human resource, social and economic development. Of course, human resource development as well as social and economic development is perhaps the single most pursued goal (or it should be) of countries everywhere.
